1. What do you charge?

Our grooming prices start at $60 and up per dog depending on size, breed, condition of coat, how long it takes.  

Bath prices start at $35 and up per dog depending on size, breed, condition of coat. 

2. How long does it take?

It will depend on your dogs needs; as well as the behavior of the dog during the grooming process. On average, bath only takes 45 minutes to 1 hour, and pet haircuts take 1.5 hours to 2 hours. Breed specific haircuts, large dogs, and elderly dogs may take as long as 3 to 4 hours.  Here at Dog-a-holick we are on your dog's time, so it's up to them. 

3. How long should I wait between grooms?

The optimal interval for the well being of the pet is 6-12 weeks or less, depending on breed, and our recommendation. 

4. What is included in the grooming/bathing process?

Grooming: Hair cut, bath, paw balm (if needed), ear cleaning, and nails.  

Bath: Bath, Paw balm, ear cleaning, and nails. 

Nail filing and ear plucking is done upon requests.  We DO NOT do anal glands.

5.  Do you have walk in services?

We groom one on one, and that time is dedicated to that client.  For walk in services, quick baths we recommend any of the dog washes.  We walk-in nail service every Wed 3-5:30 PM only.

6. Do you bill for services?

No. Payment is due at time of service. Cash, Check, all Major Credit Cards. There is a $50 bounced check charge.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Unless it is an unexpected emergency or weather related we request 24 hour notice to avoid the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is full price of the missed appointment, the third time there is not notice you will need to pay upfront for all future grooming appointments.  We respect your time, and we expect you to respect ours. 

8. How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

We are currently booked out at a week for weekdays.  We are fully booked for evenings; and Saturday appointments.  

9. Do you allow tipping?

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated.  We also love reviews to see how we can better server our four legged friends.
